Korean Enoki Mushroom Ingredients

500 grams of enoki mushrooms
2 tbsp gochujang
1 tbsp Korean chili powder
1 tbsp mushroom stock
2 tbsp margarine
3 tbsp fried shallots
1 glass of water starfruit
1 tbsp sesame
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp granulated sugar
6 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1/2 onion, sliced
1 cm ginger, crushed

How to make:

1. Prepare a pan filled with boiling water, then boil the enoki mushrooms.

2. After that, lift and drain, squeeze the water until dry.

3. Prepare a frying pan, then melt the margarine. Saute the onion, garlic and ginger until fragrant.

4. Add gochujang, chili powder and mushroom stock. Add fried onions, salt and sugar. Mix well.
